Really listened to my concerns with sleep training triplets
After 5 nights, I went from being awake with my babies most of the night to all of us sleeping most of the night. We still have occasional wake ups, but nothing like before. Christine worked with us to find a plan that worked with our schedules and our ultimate goals for our family. We were terrified of how hard it was going to be since he got up so much, and we prepared for the first night to be terrible. He got up once. One time...the first night. And it only got better from there.
Turns out, he needed the rest more than we did. It's now been over 2 weeks and everyone is much happier. My husband and I now share the same bed because Caleb loves his crib, bedtime isn't a nightmare or a scream fest, and he hardly gets up in the night. We are so proud of our little snoozer for learning quickly that he needs sleep to grow and develop and owe Christine so much for showing us the way.

Soon, they were sleeping better and longer at night, and then the daytime naps started coming together, which has made the BIGGEST difference in my life.
I had to work through so many of my own fears, but she was patient and supportive…
When I initially reached out to her, my son was about 6.5 months old was still nursing every 2 hours throughout the night and this naps were unreliable in terms of the time of day he’d go down and he usually only stayed asleep for about 20-45 minutes. I had come across information online regarding the amount of sleep he should be getting for his age and I became worried that he was falling way short! I started to do some research and understand the importance of bedtimes routines, giving him an earlier bedtime and breaking the dependence on nursing to sleep. However, I had tremendous fear of using any type of “Cry It Out Method” and made my own attempts to use a Pick Up/Put Down Method. My attempts to remedy the situation just resulted in bedtimes becoming a cry-fest for at least an hour before I gave in and decided to nurse him to sleep anyway. At this point, I was feeling very guilty and confused.
Christine was EXTREMELY patient and giving of her time with me! In the end, I joked with her that I was the “never-ending client”! Many things came up between the start of our time together and the conclusion of our work including teething, illness, and feeding issues.
I had to work through so many of my own fears, but she was patient and supportive-giving me the time I needed to be ok with the process so that when I went into it, I had the best shot of being consistent with my chosen method.
Throughout the process, she was a cheerleader and a guide. My son’s situation was a challenging one and he had such a large sleep debt built up, we had to trouble shoot different things along the way. There’s no way I could’ve gone through this process without guidance and support. We were in touch multiple times a day and I never felt like I was floundering to have to figure out how to interpret the sleep plan on my own. She went above and beyond to help make sure things were sorted out with my son’s sleep patterns before we ended the training period.
I quickly gained balance back in my life and my son is sleeping sooooo much better! He sleeps through the night and also gets all his naptime needs met during the day! I feel like I definitely did the right thing by him to give him the time and space he needed to learn to self-soothe. I was so afraid to let him cry for any length of time, but in the first night, he was asleep within 30 minutes!
Making the investment in sleep training with Christine was well worth the money and it taught me so much about sleep science. I fully believe this was the biggest gift I could’ve given him for his happiness and development. My heart goes out to all the babies who are struggling to get their needs met and to the mom’s whose messages I read about their children being poor sleepers. I’m convinced that self-soothing is a skill babies can learn and any child can make successful improvements to their sleep schedule with the help and guidance of Christine. My son made a complete turn around and I never would’ve believed things could be as easy as they are now until I experienced it for myself.
